We use fresh, un-embalmed, donor human cadavers for real life hands on teaching.

The course will be held at the state-of-the-art ASSERT centre on the campus of University College Cork (UCC), Cork, Ireland.

It is a collaboration between University College Cork (UCC), Cork University Hospital (CUH) together with international experts from ATACC, Sydney & London HEMs.

On successful completion of the course, candidates should have the appropriate experience to confidently perform the surgical procedures necessary for resuscitation of the complex trauma patient.
