Surgical Masterclasses in Urogynaecology and Urology. BOOK ONLINE PLACES ARE LIMITED!
In light of the recent controversies surrounding the use of mesh in the surgical management of SUI and pelvic organ prolapse, the ASSERT Centre, at UCC will host TWO Surgical Masterclasses which will offer the delegates hands-on experience in managing various complications related to different types of mesh, including trans-vaginal mesh, mesh used for stress incontinence, and mesh in sacrocolpopexy in a simulated operating environment with expert faculty.
There will be a designated cadaver per each technique. The number of delegates will be limited to ensure excellent cadaver to delegate ratio (2-3 delegates per cadaver), with a maximum number of delegates being 18. In addition, the simulated operating rooms feature integrated audio-visual facilities to allow real time and post-procedure feedback from expert faculty.
Delegates can attend an individual Masterclass but are also open to attend both courses.
